About us

Copynex AlgoMod is a software product licensed by COPYNEX TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong under number 81456672-000-10-26-4 at UNIT 9, 1/F, THE CLOUD, 111 TUNG CHAU STREET, TAI KOK TSUI, HONG KONG.

We build a no-code platform for creating Expert Advisors for MT4 and MT5. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we provide

You describe a trading strategy in natural language to our AI agent, or assemble indicators, conditions and modules in a visual builder. The platform supports importing your own .mq4, .mq5, .ex4 and .ex5 indicators, runs backtests in the cloud, and exports MQL4 or MQL5 source code or compiled files.

We only license software. We are not a broker or a financial adviser: we do not hold client funds, manage accounts, place trades on your behalf or provide investment advice, and we are not affiliated with MetaQuotes or any broker.

Licences and accounts

Licences are issued per plan and billing period, subject to the seat and project limits shown at purchase. Licences do not renew automatically.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

AI output and intellectual property

You own the strategies you create and the code you export. The platform, templates, prompt libraries and underlying components remain our property.

AI-generated code may contain errors, and we do not guarantee that it is correct, complete or profitable. Test every build on a demo account before any live use.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to break any law, to operate unlicensed financial services, or to resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the software. Do not upload indicators or code you are not entitled to use, and we may suspend licences for abuse.

Third-party platforms and risk

MT4, MT5 and MetaQuotes are third-party products. We are not affiliated with them or with any broker, and their own terms apply to your use of their platforms.

Leveraged and automated trading carries a high risk of loss. Backtest results are based on historical data and do not indicate future performance.

Liability and law

The software and AI output are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
